The hotel was fairly clean, facilities were very good, perfect location so close to restaurants, shops and warner studios and the town centre. There was fine breakfast with veggie, the sausages and optional 'hot' sandwiches.

Very good value for money with perfect breakfast. The hotel was tidy and huge. Incredibly attentive staff, friendly check-in. Apart from that, lakes willows was 10 minutes away by driving.

Had a great time. The breakfast was amazing, everything was excellent. The staff was reasonably good and check in was convenient. Decor was English, for the price it was excellent value for money. You could walk to the shops and supermarkets.
